The Craftsman

My name is Rafael Espadine a self-taught Brazilian artist who started drawing, painting and sculpting in early childhood and never stopped since then. My love for the ancient world (both of East and West), led me to understand and respect the cultures on which my artworks is based.

The Art

The subjects of my artistic creations has always been the mythical and magical, so my paintings and sculptures will reflect those interests. I decided to sculpt and paint originals and my own replicas of historical icons and desired pieces because, you know, "If you want a thing done, do it yourself".
